In the Rear View Mirror – Exhibition Jip van den Toorn

Dutch illustrator Jip van den Toorn reflects on the past year with a selection from her weekly ‘image columns’ for Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant. The exhibition In the Rear View Mirror is on view Saturday May 29 and Sunday May 30 in the Atrium of Beeld & Geluid in Hilversum, and during the livestream, Sunday May 30.

Exhibition Poster Art for Film

The exhibition Poster Art for Film can be seen at Bollywood-size at the Illustration Biennial 2021! The posters made by Dutch illustrators for their favorite Golden Calf-winning movie will be shown mega-sized on 29 and 30 May in the atrium of Beeld & Geluid, and during the livestream Sunday 30 May.

Our house is on fire

In this live performance eight illustrators form Rotterdam illustrators pay homage to our slowly dying home: Earth.

Exhibition Off Grid: May 21 to June 12 in Haarlem, NL

Together with gallery KRUIS-WEG68 in Haarlem we present Off Grid, an off-screen, analogue edition of the Illustration Biennial 2021. With three-dimensional work by Dutch illustrators: Johan Kleinjan, Jip van den Toorn , Hedy Tjin and Andrew Tseng.
